Terms of Sale

1. Operator

Red Candle Club is operated by Corentin Carpentier, micro-entrepreneur registered in France under SIRET 990 868 671 00019, with registered office at 15 rue Georges Cuvillier, 80300 Ovillers-la-Boisselle, France. Contact: contact@datacapital.fr.

2. Acceptance

Placing an order on this site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Sale. The terms applicable to your order are those in force at the moment the order is validated.

3. Products

All products sold are physical garments and accessories printed on demand by our fulfillment partner Printify Inc. and its network of print providers. Each product is unique and produced only after the order is placed.

Product images shown are mock-ups intended as faithful representations. Minor variations in color rendering and print placement (±5%) are inherent to the DTG printing process and do not constitute defects.

4. Prices & VAT

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), including all applicable taxes. As of the date of this document, the operator benefits from the French VAT exemption regime (franchise en base de TVA — Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code) applicable to micro-entrepreneurs. VAT is therefore not chargeable; the mention "TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI" applies.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the product price.

5. Order & payment

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards (via Stripe), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

The order is firm and final once payment is confirmed. An order confirmation is sent by email.

6. Production & shipping

Production starts within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times depend on your location and the chosen carrier; full estimates are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

7. Right of withdrawal — print-on-demand exemption

Pursuant to Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the legal 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As all products are printed on demand after order placement, they fall within this exemption.

However, we replace or refund any product that arrives defective, mis-printed, or damaged in transit — see our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Warranties

Products benefit from the French legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). Claims may be sent to contact@datacapital.fr.

9. Liability

The operator's liability is limited to the value of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, emotional distress from continuing to trade leverage instruments, or loss of dignity from wearing brand merchandise in public.

10. Intellectual property

The Red Candle Club brand, name, logo, designs, and all site content are protected by copyright and trademark law. Personal use of purchased garments is permitted; resale, mass-printing of designs, or commercial use is not.

12. Disputes & applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

Consumers established in the EU may also use the European online dispute resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Modifications

These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the time of order placement.
