Shipping Policy

Worldwide shipping. Every order is printed on demand by our partner Printify and shipped from the print provider closest to your delivery address — usually the US or EU. Tracking is included on every order.
Production time
All items are made on demand. Production starts within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation and quality control is performed before dispatch.
Delivery times
Estimates from order placement to delivery (production + shipping):
Estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections, and force majeure events can extend delivery. Holiday seasons (Black Friday, December) typically add 3 – 5 days.
Shipping cost
A flat shipping rate is added at checkout based on your destination. Select your zone during checkout — the amount is shown before payment, no surprises.
All prices shown in EUR. Rates are flat — no weight or quantity surcharges.
Customs duties & taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, etc.), local customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival. These charges are paid by the recipient and are not included in the prices displayed on the site or in the shipping cost.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimates before ordering.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also find it in the order confirmation email. Click the link to track the package via the carrier's portal.
Multiple-item orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in several packages if items are produced by different print providers. Each package has its own tracking number, and you may receive items on different days — this is normal and not an error.
Incorrect address
You are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at your expense, or refund the product (minus original shipping cost).
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking shows no update for more than 30 days, or indicates "delivered" but you haven't received the package, contact us at contact@datacapital.fr with your order number. We work with Printify to investigate and offer a free replacement or full refund — see our Refund Policy.
