What we collect

• ▸ Order data: name, shipping address, email, phone (optional), order details. Required to fulfill your order via Printify.
• ▸ Payment data: processed by Stripe, PayPal, or our crypto gateway. We never see or store full card numbers.
• ▸ Marketing email (optional): only if you submit your email via the "Wheel of Liquidation" or newsletter form. You can unsubscribe in one click anytime.
• ▸ Server logs: IP address and request data, kept for security purposes for 30 days maximum. Never used for profiling.

Legal basis

• · Order fulfillment — performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• · Marketing emails — your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Withdraw anytime.
• · Server security — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• · Tax / accounting records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Cookies

We deposit no tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. The only cookies that may be set are strictly technical (cart session, CSRF token) and exempt from prior consent under French CNIL rules.

Third-party payment pages (Stripe, PayPal, crypto gateway) and the Printify dashboard may set their own cookies during checkout — those are governed by their respective privacy policies.

Data recipients

Your data is shared only with the processors strictly required to fulfill your order:

• · Stripe / PayPal / crypto gateway — payment processing
• · IONOS SARL — hosting (France)
• · French tax authorities — if legally required

We never sell or rent your data.

Retention

• · Order data — 10 years (French accounting obligation)
• · Marketing email list — until you unsubscribe
• · Server logs — 30 days max
